Two decades ago, the barrier between the human world and the Netherwhere was opened and the emerging gargoyles took delight in the humans. Vicky, gifted in swordcraft and magic, grew up being watched over by the gargoyle Rupert. Her mother, one of the queen's Ravens, hides Vicky away and won't let her train at the Corvus School. After a tragedy, Vicky decides to use her gifts, and bands together with new friends to seek justice in the dangerous Glass City. There the magical gargoyles guide Vicky and her friends to expose the court's secrets and create a better future for all.
