Caesar, a chocolate labrador dog, and his trainer Ben are in Texas to train the local police when Caesar sniffs out a second bomb at the scene which attracts the attention of Mexican crime lord Carlos Marron who decides that Caesar canprotect him from the kind of bomb attack that targeted his brother. Now, Ben, Charlie and the GRRR team have to rescue Caesar in Mexico in the middle of a crime cartel war.
