Everything in the world changes when the Luxen come, Daemon's race. Katy can't understand why Daemon lets them come, knowing that they want to destroy all humans and human-Luxen hybrids on Earth. She cannot trust him any more. Daemon will save those he loves, but where the line between good and evil has gone is anybody's guess.
