Scooter McGillan and his friend, Conner, discover a large hole in the woods at the outskirts of Russellville, Alabama, and soon they find themselves ambushed by giant army ants, that are as big as a normal adult, but as they flee they learn that their friend Annie has been kidnapped by the freaks of nature and Scooter and Connor set out to rescue Annie.
