When twelve-year-old Charlie Drinkwater, a large, mutated, dinosaur-like creature, is accused of stealing things throughout his town, he is sentenced to join the swim team as punishment. Deathly afraid of water, Charlie enlists the help of his friends to find the true thief and clear his name.
